En Hospes Puerta de Álcala buscamos un/a Recepcionista que desempeñe las siguientes funciones:* - Atención al cliente.* - Gestión de las entradas y salidas de los clientes del Hotel.* - Responder a las peticiones de información que formulen los clientes.* - Realizar las gestiones relacionadas con la ocupación y venta de las habitaciones.* - Custodiar los objetos de valor y el dinero depositados.* - Realizar labores propias de la facturación y cobro.* - Controlar el cierre de caja a final de su turno.* - Aplicar los Estándares de calidad de la Cadena siguiendo el Manual de Procedimientos.


Requisitos mínimos:
Titulación universitaria.

Experiencia previa en puesto similar de al menos 2 años en hoteles de 5*.Nivel alto de Inglés (muy valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas).Muy valorable el conocimiento de PMS Opera.

Resolución de conflitos e incidencias. Se aceptarán candidaturas hasta el 7 de julio.
