Desde MC Headhunting estamos buscando a un/a Store Manager que lidere y gestione las actividades de una tienda de gama alta / premium, ubicada en el centro de Madrid.


Funciones:

  • Gestionar de forma integral el negocio de la tienda.
  • Atención personalizada a los clientes en todas las etapas del proceso de venta.
  • Implementar acciones comerciales, impulsando las ventas de la tienda y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
  • Asegurar la correcta presentación del producto,
  • Establecer los objetivos individuales en la tienda, controlando los presupuestos y organizando los horarios del equipo en base a los objetivos de productividad.
  • Gestionar y analizar stocks y pedidos.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

  • Experiência en el sector retail, preferiblemente en marcas premium, al menos 45 años como Store Manager,
  • Persona acostumbrada a trabajar por objetivos e incentivos, con experiência en el conocimiento y gestión de KPI's.
  • Persona con fuerte orientación a resultados, con habilidades para la venta.
  • Liderazgo y experiência en motivación de equipos.
  • Orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad organizativa y de gestión.
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas.
  • Buen nível de inglés.
