**Role Purposes: **As Sales Controlling Manager you will be in charge of the correct and compliant management of customer conditions as well as the forecasting and steering of the key KPIs in the Company with the objective to ensure profitable growth.

In your role as Business Partner for the commercial departments you will provide support and guidance on all controlling matters and participate actively in all commercial projects such as OPEX.

Furthermore, you are in charge of leading and developing a team of sales controllers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and Development of direct reports
  • Proactive exchange with Stakeholders & Business Partners
  • Drive planning & forecasting process on Sales, Margin and Trade investments as well as the regular steering of Performance Indicators by Customer and Category
  • Close follow up on execution of sales forecast and S&OP together with sales and management team
  • Detect risks and opportunities based on customer data analysis
  • Measure and evaluate trade spend effectiveness
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance rules in trade terms spend
  • Continuous challenge and optimization of internal processes & tools
  • Adhoc Support/Analysis for Business Partners
  • Negotiation Support & Scenario Planning
  • Participation in different commercial projects

Your Profile:

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of work experiences in a commercial/sales controlling role
  • English and Spanish Proficiency.
  • Demonstrates the ability to synthesize a problem and prioritize main projects
  • Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Result oriented and capable of handling tight deadlines and pressures
  • Show excellent interpersonal skills and willing to work with cross functional teams
  • Proactive with an ability to influence decisions and deliver business objectives
  • Positive, resilient, and willing to learn
