About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controlling Manager to lead our team responsible for maximizing return on financial assets. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial and Business Performance Analysis
    • Coordinate and consolidate financial reporting to provide management with information and recommendations for decision-making.
    • Build and report official P&Ls, and serve as a contact point for Investor Relations requests.
    • Provide analysis to understand deviations, risks, and help change the course of action.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis requested by senior management.
  • Planning Activities
    • Coordinate and consolidate planning exercises to ensure compliance with corporate controlling policies.
    • Coordinate teams involved in the elaboration of the LTP, Budget, and Forecasts.
    • Ensure alignment with business cases for planning activities.
  • Internal Systems
    • Coordinate with DTS teams to maintain and improve controlling tools, systems, methods, and processes.
    • Reduce manual workload by standardizing and automating reporting processes.
  • Team Management
    • Lead the AAO SFA Planning and Reporting team.
    • Assist, guide, and motivate team members in their assigned functions.
  • Others
    • Support management in preparing analysis and data for QBRS and Excom meetings.
    • Ensure the quality of work and satisfaction of internal customers.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Controller in a multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Basic understanding of the travel industry business.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Outlook systems.
  • Fluent English.
  • Very good presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
