We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our Grid Solutions team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing finance support and coordination to our Grid Solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities- Project Reporting and Controlling: Ensure all related project reporting and controlling activities are accurately completed and maintained.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Support the Commercial Project Manager Head and Project Manager in identifying, evaluating, and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies, and response activities.
- Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate project cost and free cash flow forecasting, ensuring high-quality forecasting accuracy.
- Accounting and Invoicing: Ensure accurate balance sheet accounting and facilitate prompt invoicing to customers.
- Accounts Receivable and Collections: Actively manage accounts receivables and ensure collections arrive on time.
- Guarantees and Compliance: Actively supervise guarantees and ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG and local GAAP requirements.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present various business-critical metrics as required.
- Project Books and Records: Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording in the appropriate systems.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, as well as knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
- Soft Skills: Team worker and communication skills, proactive and dynamic, strong commercial demeanor, self-starting and assertive.
- Language Skills: Spanish and English speaking, knowledge of German considered an asset.
