Responsible for delivery of Incident Management. Incident (Support tickets) - Planning, Execution, Daily Status Update, Monitor Progress, Resolve/Close Incidents i.e. Deliver RESULTSResponsible for delivery of New Demand Management - Planning, Execution, Daily Status Update, Monitor Progress, Deliver results.
Flexible to be on call in case of urgent support needed during weekend, bank holidays (In Urgent case, not Business as Usual)
