empleados en la que damos soporte AMás de 600 empresas en servicios de call center, backoffice, marketing, gestión documental, redes y telecomunicaciónes, IT y RRSS.Tenemos centros en Torrejón de Ardoz, Sevilla, Valencia y Barcelona.

En estos momentos buscamos Senior Service Delivery Manager para reforzar el equipo de mandos intermedios del área de atención al cliente.


Funciones:

  • Colaboración en la definición de objetivos del servicio y asegurar su consecución.
  • Seguimiento semanal y mensual de los KPI's y objetivos establecidos por el cliente. Seguimiento de los impedimentos o riesgos que pudiera identificar en su cumplimiento.
  • Análisis y reporte de resultados a los responsables del área y al cliente.
  • Coordinación con los mandos intermedios para la gestión y planificación de personal (horarios, vacaciones, etc).
  • Contacto y coordinación entre Servinform y el cliente. Asegurar una línea de comunicación entre los departamentos y empresas implicadas en el servicio
  • Colaboración en la adaptación de procesos, metodología de trabajo y modelo de servicio a desarrollar.
  • Asegurar el flujo constante y equitativo de trabajo de las personas asignadas del equipo, supervisión de los indicadores de eficiencia y satisfacción de cliente.
  • Análisis de rentabilidad del servicio.
  • Garantizar estándares de servicioexcelentes, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de formación y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo

Requisitos:

  • Experiência en gestión de equipos como Manager de Servicios, gestionado varias cuentas al mismo tiempo.
  • Formación universitaria preferiblemente.
  • Office a nível alto, especialmente Excel y Powerpoint
  • Experiência al menos 5 años realizando las funciones descritas.
  • Capacidad de Liderazgo, comunicación y negociación.
  • Experiência gestionando equipos de al menos 200 personas.
  • Experiência en realización de informes, análisis de datos y reportes.Área
