Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in large program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of the services industry, including outsourcing and business transformation.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
