About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capacity Manager to join our Delivery Service Partners Team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vast logistics network of Delivery Service Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Capacity Planning and Optimization: Develop and execute robust capacity plans for our Delivery Service Partners, leveraging various data and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable programs that align with dynamic customer demand.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to scope out new solutions and drive improvements across a range of teams and organizations.
  3. Operational Performance Enhancement: Enhance operational performance of OTR capacity plans in partnership with stakeholders, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Innovation and Problem-Solving: Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in the organization, driving business growth and improvement.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Build delivery station level OTR capacity plans and act as the single source of truth for reporting on OTR demand.
About the Team

The SEU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of providers that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service. Our partners work out of delivery stations across Europe and are assigned delivery routes and packages. The French & Spanish On The Road (OTR) Capacity Planning team is central to achieving the program objectives of DSP Last Mile Delivery.
