About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capacity Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. in Madrid. As a key member of our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vast logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute robust capacity plans for our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to align with dynamic customer demand.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to scope out new solutions and drive improvements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven change within DSP.
  • Build delivery station level OTR capacity plans and act as the single source of truth for reporting on OTR demand.
About the Team

The SEU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of providers that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service. Our partners work out of delivery stations across Europe and are assigned delivery routes and packages.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
  • Experience in conceptualising and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements.
  • Relevant experience with data management tools, e.g. SQL.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal French.
