About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capacity Manager to join our Delivery Service Partners team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute robust capacity plans for our Delivery Service Partners (DSP)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and address capacity challenges
  • Build scalable programs to align DSP capacity with dynamic customer demand
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform capacity planning decisions
  • Work with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs
About the Team

The SEU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of providers that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service. Our partners work out of delivery stations across France, Italy, Spain, and Belgium and are assigned delivery routes and packages.

Requirements
  • A degree
  • Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders, including senior management
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience in managing large-scale programs or projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment
  • Experience in conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply chain management improvements
  • Relevant experience with data management tools, e.g. SQL
