Tu misión

Como Key Account Manager en Merz Aesthetics, tu misión será:

Ofrecer al cliente una propuesta de valor óptima a través de una venta asesorada que aporte valor a cada cliente, de manera individualizada, desde la asertividad, el conocimiento nuestro portfolio, el de la competencia, las tendencias del mercado y la innovación, estableciendo relaciones a largo plazo basadas en la calidad, la confianza y la continuidad. Captar, desarrollar y gestionar íntegramente tu cartera de clientes, introduciendo los productos de Merz Aesthetics en profesionales médicos y clínicas de estética, aportando valor agregado, cumpliendo con el crecimiento de ventas en tu territorio asignado de manera continua y consistente, generando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y logrando los objetivos anuales.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Experiencia previa en el área comercial de la industria de la medicina estética Estudios universitarios en Ciencias de la Salud serán valorados positivamenteExcelentes habilidades de comunicaciónGran capacidad de autogestión y orientación a resultadosHabilidad para establecer estrategias adecuadas para cada situaciónConocimiento de herramientas de CRM y BICompromiso con políticas éticas y de compliance
