Tasks and Qualifications:
Misión:
Apoyar la eficiencia comercial del equipo de grandes cuentas y asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes gracias al desarrollo de herramientas, así como la coordinación transversal de tareas ligadas a la actividad comercial del equipo de Grandes Cuentas.
Funciones principales y responsabilidades:
Ayudar al crecimiento de las grandes cuentas en STILL, con el desarrollo de procesos y de herramientas que incrementen la eficiencia comercial del equipo de grandes cuentas, gestionando y coordinando transversalmente las tareas no comerciales.
Ello incluye las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Preparación del Fleet Calculation Tool para tenders importantes
- Dar soporte en el desarrollo de las ofertas
- Elaboración de reportes y herramientas comerciales que facilite el seguimiento de las grandes cuentas
- Persona de enlace con el equipo del Sales Support del departamento de IKAM en Alemania
- Coordinación con los departamentos centrales de la implementación de los acuerdos con KA
- Colaborar en la gestión de los pedidos, de las entregas y de la facturación del los KA
- Gestionar las bases de datos de las flotas activas que permita una gestión eficiente de los KA
- Elaboración de documentación necesaria para los KA
- Participar y mantener alto nível de satisfacción cliente
- Cualquier otra función que ayude a incrementar la eficiencia comercial en las grandes cuentas.
Formación, conocimientos & Experiência:
- Grado Superior Económicas (compatible Formación Prof. II Grado)
- Experiência laboral 2 años en puesto similar
- Formación no Reglada/Idiomas/Conocimientos específicos:
- Inglés nível alto: capacidad para comunicarse vía oral o por escrito de forma correcta.
- Paquete Office.
- Power BI (nível usuario).

- Competencias administrativas
- Competencias contables básicas
- Competencias comerciales y/o gestión de clientes
- Habilidades informáticas (desarrollo de reportes, ofertas, presentaciones y estadísticas)
- Capacidad de comunicación interdepartamental.
