Your responsibilities and impact as B2B Technical Support Agentwill be: In this position, you would join a multinational team that is dedicated to providing quality support solutions for their partners.
Resolving any IT-related issues of your partners (B2B) that could occur during their office daySupporting customer via different tools, email and phoneDocumenting calls on the ticketing toolEscalating problems to the different respective teamsMaintaining and improving the customer satisfaction levelCommunicating to your direct teammates and different departmentsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak Dutch and English fluentlyYou are interested in learning more about ITYou display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilitiesYou possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a teamplayerYou are reliable, punctual and looking for a long-term employerYou are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already)Can't take any holidays in the first 6 monthsWhat ́s in it for you:

Our client is Europe's leading independent provider of IT Consultancy services.
They operate Infrastructure Operations Centers and Group Service Desks across Europe, South Africa, Asia and the Americas to offer support in more than 30 languages.
For their office in the center of Barcelona, they are looking for new employees to reinforce their IT Helpdesk team that works in an interesting project for a major German supermarket.
