Tu día a día :
- Soporte en reclutamiento y selección.
- Capacidad para llevar a cabo el proceso de reclutamiento de perfiles IT desde el principio hasta el final (cribas curriculares, revisión de CVs, entrevistas, selección y envío al cliente).
- Realización de informes.
- Seguimiento de las tareas asignadas.
- Soporte en cualquiera de los proyectos en gestiones de personal.
- Entrevistas y seguimiento de proyectos internacionales.
- Gestión de un equipo joven y dinámico.
- Utilizar Linkedin Recruiter y otras plataformas de contactos con candidatos.
- Trabajar mano a mano con el departamento de negocio para el envío al cliente de los candidatos, seguimiento de ellos y recibimiento de vacantes.

Requisitos : Qué buscamos?
Qué buscamos?
- Titulados en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Máster en Recursos Humanos o campos similares.
- Se requiere inglés fluido (nivel C1).
- Que tengas ganas de crecimiento, desarrollo profesional, y muchas ganas de liderar tu propio equipo de reclutamiento.
- Sería importante que cuentes con excelentes habilidades comunicativas, empatía, ganas de trabajar en equipo, carácter resolutivo, capacidad de adaptación y aprendizaje.
- Estamos abiertos a toda la creatividad que puedas aportar.
- Deseable entre 1-2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección de perfiles IT.
- Experiencia con herramientas de selección como Linkedin Recruiter y en ATS.
- Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos y metodologías ágiles.
