About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Ekkiden. As a key member of our corporate staffing team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and challenging recruitment needs to developing and implementing sustainable talent acquisition strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine and challenge recruitment needs, ensuring that our staffing requirements are met efficiently.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities, as well as develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage Hiring Processes: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to manage hiring processes, continuously improving the candidate experience and ensuring that our recruitment processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • Build Candidate Pipelines: Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines and pools by sourcing top talent through internal databases and social media platforms.
  • Document Processes: Document and maintain accurate records of recruitment processes, fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Present KPI Reports: Create and present key performance indicator reports to stakeholders, highlighting the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Bring a minimum of first-level recruitment experience, with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting industrial professionals at various levels.
  • Skills: Possess strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a positive attitude and a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
  • Language: Fluency in French and English, with any additional European language being a significant advantage.
