BVNK is on a mission to make banking and payments work for crypto. Digital finance has evolved fast and traditional finance is yet to catch up.

BVNK bridges the gap between fiat and crypto payments so innovative businesses can make crypto their competitive edge, engage new audiences, and unlock new revenue streams.

Using our platform, customers can incorporate crypto into their payment flows and send and receive instant payments in over 150 currencies.


We are a diverse team spread across the UK, Europe, and South Africa, with a shared belief that in the next five years all payment flows will interact with crypto, and BVNK will be at the forefront of this shift.

About this Role


You will be using sales strategy, strong prospecting skills, and process to help grow the pipeline that leads to revenue.

The position will call on you to handle inbound leads, and work with the sales reps to target accounts for outbound efforts.

This is a lead generating position with potential to grow to a closing role in the future. You will report directly to our VP Commercial, Gareth Twist.

What you will do

Onboarding tasks:
- managing onboarding process from start to finish for all the clients for our VP Commercial
- liaising with clients, legal and compliance to ensure smooth and swift onboarding

  • Communicating with clients to collect and review necessary onboarding documents
  • Facilitate a positive, customerobsessed experience throughout all team and customer collaborations

Administration tasks:

  • Travel management
  • Calendar management
  • General support

Business Development tasks:

  • Build list of target prospects, create and execute the outreach strategy (i.e. campaign content, follow up sequence, objection handling)
  • Conduct market research to uncover the needs within each industry vertical or business segment
  • Be responsible for keeping salesforce and database management within the commercial team
  • Be actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in all dealing with prospects and customers
