Our Client:


We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to form part of a Multilingual Consumer affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to customers and consumers.

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace brand values.

What will you be doing?:

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction
  • Dealing with queries regarding multiple brands and products (across several industries)
  • Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers
  • Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador

Requirements:

What skills & experience you'll bring to us?:

  • A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • A high level of English (Both written and spoken)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role or a call centre environment would be a plus
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask
  • Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Strong team spirit and a "can do" attitude

Benefits

What do we offer?:

  • Start date: June, 17th
  • Contract: Temporary 3 months (1month probation period)
  • Full time: (39 hours/week)
  • Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
  • Salary: 19000 euros gross/year
  • Bonus: 300€ gross to be paid at the end of 3 months
  • Holidays: 2 days accrued per month
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days/month from the office, 10 days/month from August
  • Training: 2 weeks
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
