RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gestión de los Key Account Managers en Zonas Representadas.
- Captar nuevas cuentas mediante una metodología comercial apoyada en la herramienta desarrollada.
- Convertir los clientes potenciales en ventas activas y recurrentes.
- Mantener las cuentas existentes en su segmento.
- Desarrollar y gestionar el pipeline para asegurar la integridad de los datos utilizando la herramienta desarrollada.
- Establecer asociaciones con cooperativas agrícolas y productores independientes, contribuyendo a la estrategia de suministro y distribución de la compañía.
Requisitos:
- Experiência en compañías Tecnológicas vinculadas al sector Agroalimentario.
- Tener experiência en exportación sería una gran ventaja.
- Experiência Comercial y de Gestión de Equipos Comerciales con un perfil Tecnológico.
- Disponer de una sólida red de compradores de alimentos y bebidas con poder de decisión.
- Fomentar una cultura de innovación, experimentación y aprendizaje continuo en la división de Producto.
- Proporcionar liderazgo, y entrenamiento para cultivar una cultura de excelencia.
- Estar al día de las tendencias del sector, los avances y las tecnologías emergentes relevantes para la tecnología desarrollada.
