Main Responsibilities
IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. Its Administration Area is looking for an Assistant responsible for managing high-quality invoicing and collection procedures.

Tasks

  • Dealing with Clients and internal Areas with regards to invoicing students/programs
  • Ensure highquality invoicing and collection procedures
  • Entering, changing and amending information invoicerelated
  • Allocate and post financial transactions with accuracy
  • Reconcile and balance all accounts
  • Maintain internal control systems
  • Manage accounts receivable, AR
  • Produce regular detailed reports of payments received and what accounts are outstanding
  • Banking and cash management, including foreign exchange and payment platforms

Education and experience

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and relevant legislation requirements
  • English/Spanish speaker
