Será responsable de motivar y animar al equipo para lograr objetivos, KPI comercialesLas principales responsabilidades serán las siguientes:
Liderar el equipo de expertos optimizando recursos, compartiendo mejores prácticas y detectando oportunidades.
Establecer e impulsar objetivos de venta, KPI, realizar un seguimiento activo del plan de acción por región cuando sea necesario.
Capacidad para comprender los datos de ventas y ejecutar análisis previos y posteriores a la actividad, proponer e impulsar planes de acción.
Comparta el informe de ventas semanales y los KPIAtraer, reclutar y retener un equipo de alto rendimientoEntrenar, liderar, desarrollar talento y crear sinergias en el equipo.
Evalúe el desempeño del equipo, gestione nuevas contrataciones y apoye al ejecutivo de ventas de campo para la incorporación mientras trabaja en estrecha colaboración con RR.HH.Desarrollar una estrategia anual de experiência/eventos en la tienda trabajando con el equipo marketing y resto de departamentos involicrados.
Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con los líderes del canal y KAM para comprender las necesidades y oportunidades.¿Que ofrecemos?
