Regional Sales Manager Costa Blanca

Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage and lead the sales team.
- Negotiation of commercial agreements.
- Conduct market analysis and research to create detailed business plans on business opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
- Analyze the performance of the team in charge, adopting the necessary tools and implementing improvements when necessary.
- Proven experience of some years in a commercial management role in the real estate sector.
- Deep knowledge of the sector of second homes and its trends.
- Perfect knowledge of English and Spanish. Fluency in Dutch or French is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
