Descripción de puesto
- Control de stock de equipos y accesorios en el centro logístico de provisión de equipos.
- Gestionar los pedidos de compra para la reposición y evolución de los activos en inventario, así como el control de la recepción y posterior facturación.
- Controlar proactivamente el parque a través de las campañas de inventarios técnicos, físicos y/o virtuales.
- Asegurar el control de las licencias de software homologado estándar, gestionando los pedidos de compra asociados, su control de recepción y posterior facturación.
- Gestionar las compras de accesorios a los activos que gestionamos, donde no hay seguimiento de inventario, pero si se realizan los pedidos de compra, y control de la recepción y facturación.
- Gestionar los catálogos de hardware y software con los proveedores de equipamiento IT, incluyendo su publicación en el eworkplace, y su actualización continua.
- Elaborar la propuesta de renovación de PC's por obsolescencia, proponiendo las inversiones necesarias para poder abordar dicha renovación.
- Gestionar el proceso de destrucción certificada ("Green IT") del equipamiento IT a través de un proveedor especializado, y la posterior facturación de los servicios prestados al negocio correspondiente.
- Realizar el proceso de facturación del uso del parque de PC's a los negocios, así como participar en la elaboración de los presupuestos.
- Elaboración de procedimientos relacionados con el área de gestión de activos
- Atender las reclamaciones asociadas a las compras, ya sea por retrasos o errores en las entregas, como por errores de facturación.
- Seguimiento y control de nível de servicios con los proveedores con los que se colabora.
Perfil Buscado
- Grado superior de Formación Profesional en alguna especialidad IT o formacion especifca demostrable en areas IT como desarrollo, administracion de sistemas.
- Experiência de al menos 4 años en puestos similares.
- Conocimientos atos en: Excel, Gestión de Compras y Gestión de stocks.
- Conocimientos medios en: Power BI, Equipamiento IT, Herramientas Digitales, Servicenow
- Nível medio en Inglés.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Herramientas Ofimáticas.
