Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our IT asset management processes, ensuring seamless integration with our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage IT asset management processes, including configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, Procurement, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and services, with a focus on integrating M365 functionalities into asset management workflows for improved productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and the application of ITIL principles to enhance IT service management processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of ServiceNow for comprehensive asset lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT asset management, specializing in the implementation and utilization of ServiceNow.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, Procurement, and CMDB.
- Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and proven experience applying ITIL principles to enhance IT service management processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and services.
