Seleccionamos para nuestra delegación de San Fernando de Henares un/a Legal Responsible & Local Private Officer para el departamento de Cobros, que se integre dentro de nuestro equipo humano y pueda crecer profesionalmente con nosotros

Las funciones que realizará son:
Adecuar, elaborar y gestionar los expedientes de deuda desde la fase pre-legal hasta la fase legal. Controlar, comunicar y gestionar los expedientes de los clientes acogidos a la ley concursal con deuda abierta. Dar soporte al negocio limitando el riesgo de la compañía en cualquier aspecto relacionado con clientes. Responsable RGPD de la compañía en España.
Contrato indefinido y salario en función de valía.

¿Te apuntas?

Requisitos:

Licenciatura en Derecho y al menos 3 años de experiência en gestión de cobros, preferiblemente en la vía legal. Conocimientos como usuario del paquete Office, atención telefónica y trato con clientes/proveedores. Contabilidad, facturación y nível alto de inglés.
