Your Mission:
You will lead and drive efficient and effective relationships with the Wholesaler or Distributor customers assigned to achieve business targets.
Focussed on:

Taking advantage of our new RTM, adopter of new technologies in key process of customer management, we need to increase scale and coverage with Hybrid Sales Customers.
To achieve our ambition is crucial to ensure our brands are activated admirably at scale beyond our RTC.
Customers with big capillarity and sales forces have a strategic role (distribution and activation) and we will strength our partnership with them.
Strategic customers development requires brilliant definition and implementation of Indirect activation platforms that will make the difference to boost our joint business.
You will lead end to end this activation projects.Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Based on a clear understanding of On trade RTM Strategy you will lead customer sourcing and commercial proposal to foster Hybrid Sales, achieving targets in terms of new Customers, sales and distribution.
You will increase efficiency of the Hybrid management model, defining clear, simple, and scalable account/ segment Plans (price, reward, counterparts, promo Plan, MPA...) for each of the sourcing target groups, evolving the digital readiness of Diageo and Customers to ensure relationships grow in efficiency and effectiveness.
This implies a clear account understanding (and potential management): organization and structure, key points of contact and influence, execution levers at Central and Regional level.
You will own the creation an implementation of Indirect activation platforms to ensure Diageo brands are activated thoughtfully at scale.
This includes the co-creation of these platforms with the Customers assigned as well as internal alignment (Customer Marketing and NRM) and full accountability of execution: customer alignment and engagement, tools development, execution, follow up, reporting and improvements-course correction.
To ensure brilliant execution you will have to Influence, engage and lead wide range of internal (Commercial, Customer Marketing, NRN) and external (Customer Head Quarter, Regional Sales Reps, External Agencies) partnerts.
For your position you will:
- Track and measure performance (sales, mix, distribution,..)
- Drive brilliant execution (coverage, distribution, visibility, Outlet implementation, trainings,)
- Continuously seek improvements adapting from the results. Propose corrective measures.
