Key Responsibilities- Site Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide site-level support and guidance to ensure successful study execution, including site initiation, activation, and close-out.
- Site Recruitment and Operational Success
- Develop and implement site-level recruitment strategies to drive enrollment and meet study targets.
- Collaborate with site staff and other stakeholders to ensure operational success, including site monitoring, data management, and quality assurance.
- Quality and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Pfizer's quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to quality and compliance, and develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with site staff, study teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless study execution and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study management, monitoring, and data management, to ensure effective site-level support.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience
- Demonstrated experience in site management, including site monitoring, data management, and quality assurance.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with investigative sites and site staff.
- Skills and Technical Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and Pfizer's quality standards.
Direct report to DCSO (or Site Care Partner/FSP Line Manager). Indirect relationships with Global Study Manager/Study Operations Manager, Start Up PM, SAP-CTA, and CTRO.
