About the Role
As an Indirect Activation Specialist, you will lead and drive efficient and effective relationships with Wholesaler or Distributor customers to achieve business targets. Your mission will be to increase Diageo's distribution coverage, brand rotation, and sales through brilliant activation at the Point of Purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer sourcing and commercial proposal development to foster Hybrid Sales, achieving targets in terms of new customers, sales, and distribution.
- Define prioritization based on contribution/potential, hybrid capability profile, and customer requirements to match with Diageo propositions.
- Increase efficiency of the Hybrid management model by defining clear, simple, and scalable account/segment plans for each sourcing target group.
- Develop business with Strategic Customers with big capillarity and sales force teams.
- Create and implement Indirect activation platforms to ensure Diageo brands are activated thoughtfully at scale.
Requirements
- High energy and drive.

- Good relationship-building skills.
- Strong in brilliant execution within customers.
- Good negotiation skills and confirmed communication.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Proficient in Spanish and an intermediate level of English.
