FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities: In cooperation with Global Education and Marketing, develops educational content for new courses. Creates and edits How to's videos and participates in any hair production.
  • Evaluates RP Educators to ensure the brand is represented correctly.
  • Leads International education events, such as meetings, training, or shows.
  • Help the leader assume responsibilities in predefined roles on events/productions.
  • Compilates Technical Information about products, does color formulation, and creates hair rituals.
  • Participate and Oversee the product tests process and provide qualitative feedback.
  • Collects and consolidates education data from regions.
  • Collect and consolidate information about product tests and education results from team members.
  • Provides feedback on retouching and postpo.
  • Works with PMs and brand managers to support.

Requirements:

  • Hairdresser with at least 5 years in an Education Department.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • High level of English.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Team Leadership.
  • Very flexible with location and time zones as she/he will travel (20% approx.).
