Project Manager - Education Vertical

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of education projects.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to understand their unique requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and educators, to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on education projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of educational processes, pedagogical approaches, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management, is preferred.
