About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join our growing team at Telemedicine Clinic, a leading provider of medical education and training. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our radiology education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Administration
    • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of radiology courses in accordance with our curriculum and scheduling requirements.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver high-quality course content.
    • Manage the administration of cases and projects through our internal system and website.
    • Ensure timely accreditation of projects by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
    • Prepare budgets for events and manage the logistics of course delivery.
    • Utilize our content management system, Django, to manage and update our website.
  • Client Support
    • Deliver live sessions via Zoom to large groups of participants.
    • Follow up with new and existing participants to ensure their needs are met.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support through email and Zendesk.
    • Assist other project managers as needed with tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare or education.
  • Tech Skills
    • Basic knowledge of tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
    • Experience with content management systems, WordPress, e-commerce platforms, and project management tools like Hive.
    • Understanding of project management processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish and Swedish is a plus.
