This year, our specialized radiologists are set to handle a significant volume of cases, positively impacting both patients and healthcare professionals.
About TMC Academy
Founded in 2012, TMC Academy serves as the educational arm of TMC. In alignment with TMC's mission to elevate global radiology standards through knowledge sharing, we offer radiologists, both within and outside our organization, the chance to leverage our expertise. TMC Academy has experienced rapid growth, providing a range of services from specialized diagnostic reporting training modules to onsite and online continuing medical education fellowship programs led by esteemed radiology experts.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Junior Project Coordinator to join our expanding TMC Academy team, working from our headquarters with a hybrid schedule.
Mission and Organizational Context
The Academy plays a crucial role in supporting the company's mission of delivering quality healthcare to all. Our focus is on transforming generalist radiologists into highly specialized subspecialists, enhancing diagnostic accuracy, alleviating patient suffering, and reducing healthcare costs.
As the Junior Project Coordinator, you will manage a diverse array of radiology courses throughout the year. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines and ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities
Radiology Course Management
- Timely preparation of assigned courses according to the established calendar.
- Maintaining regular communication with medical imaging experts to develop and deliver course content effectively.
- Managing TMC Academy's internal systems and website for all medical cases included in each course.
- Ensuring timely accreditation of projects by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.
- Preparing event budgets.
- Managing website content using content management systems (CMS).
Customer Support
- Conducting live sessions via Zoom, typically with 20+ participants.
- Following up with new and existing participants from our training activities.
- Providing customer service and client follow-up through our support channels.
- Assisting other Project Managers with supervised support tasks as needed.
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Education
- A bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is advantageous.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with CMS, WordPress, eCommerce platforms, and project management tools.
- Understanding of fundamental project management processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish and Swedish is a plus.
