Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at our company, you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, establishing strong relationships and expanding the client base through sales expertise
- Act as a reliable consultant, assisting businesses in adopting advanced cloud solutions
- Boost revenue by identifying opportunities to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses with leading cloud technologies
- Enhance sales opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
- Gather customer feedback and convey it to the organization as the 'Voice of the Customer'

Requirements for Success
You should:
- Be fluent in Dutch and English
- Have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or account management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Desirable Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is advantageous, as well as relevant certifications in these areas.
