Ser puerta de entrada de consultas y peticiones cuando estas no son directamente remitidas al equipo comercial o de suscripción.
Colaborar con los suscriptores en las actividades previas a la cotización de recolección de datos relevantes para cotizar.2.Detectar posibles áreas de mejora continua de los procesos y transferir al departamento de Process, Program MGMT & IT Platforms cualquier idea de potencial desarrollo de proceso/producto.
