**Market Operations Team**
The Market Operations Team is a key operational team within Equiduct, responsible for the day-to-day management of trading and post-trade processes. As a Market Operations Analyst, you will be part of this team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading environment.
Key Responsibilities- **Market Monitoring**: Monitor trading activity, auction, and continuous trading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Corporate Actions**: Monitor internal and external incidents, including IT updates and resolution times, to minimize disruptions to trading.
- **Trading Environment Operations**: Run Market Ops systems and platforms, performing full checks from start to end of the trading day, including PROD and UAT environments.
- **After-Market Hours Processes**: Perform new stock and new client set-ups, as well as maintenance of reference data and the tradable universe.
- **MiFID II Reporting and Order Record Keeping**: Ensure accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping in accordance with MiFID II regulations.
- **Client-Facing Responsibilities**: Respond to client queries, investigate trading-related issues, and assist with client onboarding, including conformance testing and connectivity set-up.
- **Degree from Business/Engineering School or University**: A degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering.
- **Interest in Trading Environments**: A strong interest in trading environments, trade lifecycle, and exchanges.
- **Proactive Approach**: A proactive approach and self-starter mentality.
- **Excellent Organizational Skills**: Good organizational skills and a positive problem-solving attitude under pressure.
- **Highly Computer Literate**: Highly computer literate, including excellent Excel skills.
- **Fluent Written and Spoken English**: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- **Additional European Languages**: Additional European languages, such as Swedish, are a distinct advantage.
