Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un Executive Sous Chef cualificado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo.

  • Gestionar las operaciones diarias de cocina y el equipo culinario en una zona asignada.
  • Estandarizar las recetas de producción para asegurar una calidad constante.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de producción, las normas de calidad y los plazos, y asegurar que no haya escasez ni discrepancias en los productos o ingredientes.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad del personal de cocina en función de las necesidades de la empresa.
  • Formar, motivar y dirigir al personal de cocina y supervisar las actividades culinarias que se le asignen.
Requisitos
  • Importante aportar 4-5 años de experiencia trabajando en una cocina como Sous Chef.
  • Excelente conocimiento de las técnicas de preparación de alimentos.
  • Habilidad de gestionar un equipo y delegar tareas con eficacia.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir los plazos.
  • Buenas aptitudes para la comunicación y las relaciones interpersonales.
  • Habilidad de cumplir las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
