Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums.
  • Assist in the preparation for personnel administration such as various registrations with government entities, residency card application forms for EU national employees, health insurance, termination documents, and other required paperwork.
  • Act as first Line Support for general HR queries like absence, vacation leave, sick leaves, etc.
  • Upload documentation on internal systems and ensure all paperwork stays up to date.
  • File and maintain the file system.
  • Audit employees' static details across the HR databases.
  • Liaise with our internal payroll team to resolve queries and ensure efficient payroll processes.
  • Responsible for creating employee user accounts.
  • Support current third country national employees with the renewal of their work permits.
  • Handle any other necessary duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience with RED, CONTRAT@, DELTA, and A3 INNUVA.
  • Previous experience in Work Accidents management will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in NIES management will be beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience working in dynamic and multicultural environments is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle stressful situations and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be willing to take initiative and work independently as needed.
  • Professional integrity, as well as a sense of responsibility and accountability, are critical.
