Destinus is seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Tasks

Your main Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, including maintaining employee information, contracts, and documentation, certificates, HRIS data maintenance and KPI's.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters, such as payroll, leave management, and employment policies
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and a good French level
