¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Asegurar el cumplimiento legal, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, en todos los procesos realizados y buscar proactivamente mejoras que puedan asegurar una mayor calidad o eficiencia en el servicio de tus clientes.Elaborarás y gestionarás la nómina, y te encargarás de la tramitación de las gestiones relativas a la Seguridad Social, mutuas e IRPF.Realizarás las gestiones administrativas asociadas al departamento, asegurando los procesos de manera eficiente y en cumplimiento de la legislación vigente laboral.Gestionarás altas y bajas de los trabajadores, y colaborarás en la realización de contratos.Te encargarás de los trámites necesarios relativos que puedan tener los empleados.Atenderás consultas y resolverás conflictos.Apoyar al Departamento de RRHH en proyectos de mejora que fomenten un ambiente de trabajo positivo.

Requisitos:
Requisitos
Conocimiento en Ciclo de nómina y temas relacionados con la seguridad social
Conocimientos de administración de RRHH (evaluación, selección, formación, control de tiempo)
Orientación a atención al empleado / Gestión de incidencias
Experiencia en la elaboración Nomina (deseable).
Experiencia de 1-2 años de experiencia en puesto similar
Conocimientos de legislación laboral española aplicada a la elaboración de la nómina.
Ingles y otros idiomas es un plus
