Principales funciones:

  • Colaboración en las funciones/tareas propias de los responsables del departamento
  • Supervisión diaria del desarrollo del control operacional del personal del departamento
  • Control de procedimientos y normas de servicio establecidas
  • Control de los eventos y puntos de venta diariamente, su servicio y mise en place
  • Colaborar en recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y las bebidas
  • Conocimiento de alergias e intolerancias alimentarias de la oferta gastronómica
  • Comunicar al equipo la política medioambiental, sostenibilidad y RSC de la organización. Seguimiento del cumplimiento
