About The Team
Our Global Procurement Marketing team is a very cosmopolitan and diverse team of 36 people, with colleagues from 16 nations, speaking over 18 different languages.
We are passionate in what we do, approach projects from a very entrepreneurial angle and are therefore seen as business partners on eye-level by our internal stake holders.
Our team is globally as well as strategically responsible for diverse Marketing categories, like Media, Digital, Marketing Research and Brand Identity.
You will take care of
In this role, you will closely collaborate with our Global Category Managers on a spectrum of projects - from local to global.
Your responsibilities will span both organizational tasks, like roadmap development and presentation preparation, as well as operational tasks such as Database and Purchase Order Management.
You will play a pivotal role in the entire project planning process, including shaping and steering our collaborations with agency partners, a critical pillar in our work.
As a key contributor, you will conduct market and competitor analyses in the digital marketing field, aiming to identify optimization opportunities and create significant business value.
Working within a team, you will lead and take responsibility for your defined work packages, projects, and tasks.
Your role extends to enhancing and supporting procurement processes, methods, and systems, monitoring KPIs, developing and optimizing templates, and serving as the point person for various procurement tools.
Additionally, you'll spearhead the implementation of Supply Chain and Procurement Strategies.Your Profile:
- University Degree in Marketing, Economics, or technical disciplines
- 2 and more years of professional experience in possibly an international environment in procurement of digital and/or marketing services, in other marketing functions, in digital agencies or in procurement.
- Good project management and organizational skills
- IT and system savvy, preferably experience with SAP & Vendor Data Management
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong capabilities in analytical thinking
- A people person and networker
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Spanish preferred
- Willingness to travel
