We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Procurement Manager to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our Global Procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation agenda and delivering business value through strategic sourcing and procurement excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Category Expertise: Develop and execute category strategies for IT and technology procurement, leveraging spend analysis, market research, and supplier engagement to drive business outcomes.
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities, develop RFPs, and negotiate contracts that meet business requirements.
- Procurement Excellence: Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier relationships.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including IT leaders, to understand their needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- 7+ years of experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, and procurement contracting.
- Proven track record of delivering business value through procurement excellence.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and build consensus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Business-level fluency in English.
