Role Purpose
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist.

The Receptionist will work as part of the site based Facilities Management team acting as the first point of contact for all staff, contractors and visitors attending site welcoming them to the site and assisting in checking them in/directing them to events/meetings etc.

This role would be ideal for an individual with front of house management experience looking for the next step in their career in a fast paced, customer facing environment which is going through rapid expansion.

What this job involves
Meet & greet all those entering the building in a warm, professional and polite manner
Answer main incoming phone line and direct calls internally where possible
Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
Assist with training existing staff and new hires.
Coordinate internal meetings and support the JLL Events Coordinator
Input data for prep-lists for events, travel bookings etc.
Record and enter data for guests / contractors attending site
General office duties and other tasks as assigned by Management.
Support building tours for VIP guests to site
Background in hospitality/concierge/front of house
Experience in a fast paced, multi-cultural tech environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to network at all department levels, team player with proven problem solving skills
Flexible, innovative, driven, professional approach a requirement
Proficient computer skills
