The role

  • We are looking for an outstanding
- understanding of the operations' dynamics, good project management skills and communication skills.

  • The

Courier Success & Engagement Executive will be the owner of the Courier Engagement Program, with the end goal of making Stuart the best platform to work as a Courier, hence improving the motivation and performance of our Couriers. This goal will be achieved through the Design, Launch, and Scaling of the Courier Engagement Program, which is aimed at finding the main drives of Courier's motivation and boosting them to achieve their full potential and at the same time increase Courier retention.


The project will require a good understanding of Stuart's Operations, Courier Lifecycle, and Legal Framework that surrounds the different actions that the project will aim at implementing.

All of this information will be provided by your future rockstar colleagues


You will report to the Courier Operations Manager, Gabriel Nicolas and this role will be office based in Barcelona or Madrid.


What will I be doing?:

  • Project managing and getting in contact with everything & everybody courierrelated to understand their needs & pains (with Operations/Legal support)
  • Promoting & leading key initiatives that help achieve Courier Engagement Program's goals.
  • Successfully planning & executing the implementation of the Program's initiatives.
  • Follow up on the already implemented initiatives and take them to the next level
  • Building thorough reporting in order to share with internal stakeholders the Program's advancements & impact.

What do we need from you?:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar roles.
  • Great analytical skills with proven experience in Excel.
  • Being a selfdriven & resultsdriven person.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident to own, manage and develop the relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ready to take ownership of the assigned projects & able to manage and develop them on a bigger scale.
  • Possessing business awareness & ability to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions.
  • Being fearless to get the job done, even if it means making mistakes along the way.
  • Fluent Spanish & English speaker.
