We are on the lookout for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team dedicated to the German Market. Take part in reshaping the way Wellness experts engage with their clients



The company is a startup operating in the health and fitness sector, specializing in an innovative app/digital platform for health and fitness professionals. Within this community, there are diverse professionals like personal trainers across various disciplines, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and fitness centers. Through our platform, these experts transition into a digital space, enhancing the quality of interactions with both clients and themselves.

About the Role:

  • SDRs play a pivotal role in company success by shaping the sales funnel's top segment.
  • This position serves as an ideal entry point for sales careers in SaaS and B2B enterprises, facilitating exposure to client interactions across diverse wellness sectors and geographies.
  • You will engage in market prospecting via various channels like cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Responsible for qualifying inquiries related to our software products.
  • Collaborate with potential clients to assess requirements and procurement processes.
  • Exhibit the competitive advantages of our solutions.
  • Evaluate lead quality and pass high-quality leads to colleagues for further sales progression.


Requirements
  • Creative, self-disciplined, and enthusiastic about your role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
  • Proactive with an independent work approach.
  • Passion for the startup, fitness, and technology realms.
  • Proficient in German & English (C1 Level).
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Sales Roles. Given our German Market launch, you will assist in expanding our German client base.
