¿Tus principales objetivos como Customer Support Business Analyst?

Te responsabilizarás de la venta del software de soluciones de gestión empresarial, así como demás servicios relacionados a clientes potenciales, bien en modo directo o a través del canal de distribución.

Como Customer Support Business Analyst, deberás:

  • Colaborar con la dirección para definir estrategias que mejoren la operación de Customer Support y aumenten la satisfacción y lealtad de los clientes.
  • Recopilar y analizar datos del desempeño de Customer Support , traduciendo los hallazgos en informes comprensibles para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • I dentificar, evaluar y recomendar soluciones innovadoras en IA Generativa para mejorar la operación y experiencia del cliente en Customer Support.
  • Liderar o colaborar en proyectos de mejora de la eficiencia y eficacia de Customer Support, así como en la implementación de nuevos servicios.
  • Identificar necesidades formativas y proporcionar formación y soporte en la actualización y creación de nuevos procedimientos para los técnicos de Customer Support.
