**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
We are in search of a hands-on, tech-savvy digital business analyst to take ownership of all business performance reviews by Brand and market.
Provide business performance reviews - monthly/quarterly/yearly basis (60% of workload]
- Define, create and maintain comprehensive e-commerce performance dashboards suite to be used by various stakeholders (Head of Online EMEA, Heads of Category, ROMs, Brands, PM, CRM, SEO)
- Provide overview of e-commerce performance (essentially for top management, consolidated view)
- Mix different sources of data (analytics tool, CRM database)
- Follow up of business KPIs : sales data, transaction trends, AOV, ROI, traffic, customer acquisition, customer acquisition, profitability
- Perform analysis per Category x Brand x Affiliate
- Conduct product analysis (best-sellers, top categories, product demand patterns) and share with ROMs
- Identify and provide business recommendations to improve business performance, customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Build consolidated 360 business x web performance report in collaboration with web analyst
- Consolidate adhoc analysis cross Brands x Affiliates for special activations (e.g, Black Friday)
- Provide competitor analysis based on inputs from various teams (Customer Insights)
Contribute to sales forecasting (20% of workload)
- Provide insights to inform sales forecasting at a 3-year horizon
Ensure metrics quality and support ROMs (20% of workload)
- Ensure consistency for KPIs : i/ define metric calculation methodology (e.g., conversion rate with sessions not users, revenues with or without VAT), ii/ define data source (e.g., traffic from GA, revenues from ERP etc.)
**Qualifications** REQUIREMENTS**:
- Reports building knowledge
- Strong analysis abilities and ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency with BI environments and more specifically PowerBI, Looker, Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, Excel
- Proficiency with data visualization tools
