About the Role Business Analyst IT (H/F) au sein de l'entité CTIO. Le poste couvrira le périmètre Entreprise France et International dans un contexte de transformation porté par la digitalisation et l'automatisation de nos processus. Elle/Il s'intégrera dans un collectif de développement basé sur l'agilité à l'échelle réparti sur différents sites de CTIO. Principales Activités En anticipation et en phase projet, Elle/Il assurera, en tant que facilitateur, l'interface entre le business et l'IT pour aligner les roadmaps, prioriser les projets et garantir la valeur délivrée. Il devra collecter les besoins métier et les traduire en exigences ou epics et garantir tout au long des projets la cohérence besoins / solutions afin de maximiser leurs chances de réussite (satisfaction client, ROI...). Votre Rôle La/Le Business Analyst aura pour mission de : Animer ou de participer aux réunions métier (Marketing, Opérationnel, représentant CX/UX) pour comprendre les besoins, les challenger et faire adhérer à une solution. Participer aux réunions IT permettant de définir une solution partagée qui devra être vulgarisée pour le métier. S'appuyer sur la solution générique définie par le Solution Manager pour maximiser les gains. Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des sujets qui lui sont attribués (de l'étude à la livraison des développements) pour donner la visibilité aux métiers. Participer à la synchronisation des évolutions avec le collectif notamment le rythme itératif pour contribuer à la roadmap produit. Contribuer aux réunions de priorisation collective par la valeur en aidant les équipes métier à définir la valeur apportée par leurs demandes. S'assurer de l'adéquation de la demande avec les développements réalisés en effectuant les premiers tests avec une orientation métier avant de participer ou d'organiser les tests avec les demandeurs. Partager initiatives, résultats de son périmètre au collectif de Business Analysts : échanges des savoirs. Tutorat, formation. About You Profil & Compétences Attendus : Animer, coopérer et convaincre en transverse : Connaître et mettre en œuvre des techniques de base d'animation transverse. Communiquer et transmettre : Bonne communication et leadership naturel, s'exprimer à l'oral comme à l'écrit de manière claire et structurée (sans jargon expert).
