Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Analyst III to join our team at Verisk. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering contracted Business-As-Usual support services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Service Delivery
    • Investigate and resolve application and system issues across multiple products.
    • Collect information relating to client requirements pertaining to incidents and service requests.
    • Elevate issues to Technical Support, development, and service delivery management teams as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop a strong understanding of customer business and operational environments.
    • Enhance product knowledge and help center articles to support both business and technical understanding.
    • Prioritize issues according to business impact and workload, and escalate within the Business Support team as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Attend regular client meetings and engage with key stakeholders in projects and client support teams.
    • Provide basic levels of training as needed internally and externally.
    • Visit client offices and work remotely alongside clients as needed.
  • Service Transition and Risk Management
    • Participate in Service Transition, ensuring readiness for projects moving to BAU.
    • Raise any risks with senior management or via standard process.
    • Ensure client data is secure and properly managed.
Requirements
  • Senior C-Level Engagement Experience
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Commercial and Contractual Engagement
    • Significant experience of managing contractual agreements without support.
  • Global Specialty Insurance Market Experience
    • Experience of managing a global enterprise relationship with complex multilayer relationships.
  • Software Delivery Lifecycle
    • Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, with experience in one or more functional roles.
  • Configuration and Usage of Salesforce
    • Experience of using Salesforce to manage client relationships and pipeline.
