PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Supports the commercial development planning across all the stakeholders and supports the innovation and business development agenda by supporting new commercial offerings, concepts shops etc., considering new market trends, ideas, customer insights etc. Gains inputs from customer insights and works closely with category managers to bring ideas/ new concepts to life. Supporting project management and quality control of all commercial planning and strategy areas such as, commercial plan process, company plan, commercial committee etc. Actively participates in and coordinates commercial business development topics. This position is based in Madrid and will report directly to the Global Commercial Strategy and Innovation Head.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Commercial Activities: Aid in commercial planning, pricing, and innovation efforts aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving positive outcomes on the shop floor. Business Development: Provide support to global commercial functions (Marketing, Category, Digital, etc.) to ensure the compliance and quality of our business development projects and strategic initiatives. Project Planning: Assist in the development and planning of the company's commercial agenda. Documentation and Coordination: Coordinate and prepare documentation/materials for senior reviews and committees. Business Development Participation: Actively participate in commercial business development processes and areas. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field with 5 years of experience in an international environment. Management consulting experience is highly valued.
Desirable: Master's degree in Business Management.
Travel: Willingness to travel (approximately 10-20%).
Skills:
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
